Accredited installed an inground pool for our us here in Richmond and we Love it, I would highly recommend them. They did an excellent job. I was really blown away by there 3D designs and how they were able to put my house and yard in there software and how realistic they all looked together, we knew exactly what our pool was going to look like and how much it was going to cost. I really appreciate there professionalism and how fast they are, Sean took excellent care of us and made sure we came in right on budget. I also like the fact that we can buy all of our chemicals and pool toys there to. I had met with several other pool builders but just didn't feel comfortable with what they were telling me and giving me allowances for this and that. Thanks again

We purchased a swim spa from Accredited in April of 2014. It took many phone calls with no return calls, to get it delivered. Thru no fault of the company, the spa was totaled upon delivery. A few days later we had a brand new one delivered. Sounds good so far, doesn't it. Fast forward FOUR months. The spa stopped working. No reason. Phone call after phone call went unreturned. We dealt with the Four-Winds manufacturer in another state who sent us a replacement motherboard and control panel, which we had to install ourselves, even though we were under warranty. The lights never did work again. We've been trying to get the lights replaced (the manufacturer sent us the lights) for 11 months now, but as usual, Sean won't return phone calls. We visited the store. Sean promised to call us back later that day. It's been more than a month, and he's not called. As of 3 weeks ago, the spa heating unit wouldn't stop running, so it had to be disconnected to avoid burning out the heating unit or the pump. And at the same time, it developed a serious leak. We're down to less than 2 feet of water in the non-functioning spa, and Sean still won't call. Fortunately there's an employee at Accredited, Mike, who has been good about taking our calls and relaying information. Now the plan is that a tech will be at our house next Tuesday, 9/8, at 2 p.m. Stay tuned. I'll update and let you know how this plays out. At this point, I would definitely not recommend doing business with Accredited. We spent an awful lot of money here to have them refuse to return our calls for months on end. One way or another, we'll get the spa fixed back to how it should have been at 4 months of use, or we'll get a full refund plus costs. This is too big an issue to just let it fall by the wayside. Wish me luck! Update: Accredited rescheduled our appointment for btw 10 - 11 a.m., and arrived roughly 40 minutes late. No huge deal. The two Latino workers were really nice, although one spoke no English, communication wasn't a problem. They went about the visit in a trial and error sort of way. Although the lights weren't working, they never did a voltage test. My biggest issue is that to troubleshoot, they pulled off the sprayed on insulation foam by the handful. Once repairs are completed, they're going to just jam the chunks back in around the pipes! They're not going to re-spray it! The manufacturer, FOUR WINDS, says stuffing the chunks back in is their policy! They were lovely enough to tell us of a product WE COULD BUY to improve the insulation. The spa worked perfectly for less than 4 months. I would not recommend Accredited Home Center or Four Winds Spas to any buyer. Run away. Run far, far away.
