        It took more than 8 weeks to get an account transfer completed and still the funds are not moved over. As a financial institution you need to treat customers better.

        We have had an account with HSA for approx 5 years, the draw being Vanguard Funds. The website is mediocre at best. The quality of telephone customer service is mediocre to poor, I hate it when I know more about how HSAs work and don't work than the person on the other end. Email customer service tends to be better than telephone but their responses usually elicit more questions than answering my original question(s). Wish I could recommend some place better but I haven't found it yet. EDIT 08 Sep 2020: We will be emptying out our HSA Administrators account early in 2021 since all of the above mentioned reasons haven’t improved at all.
