Nordstrom

I enjoy shopping here, and have bought many things I really love that I've ordered from this particular Nordstroms location. The staff that's helped me while shopping have always been able to do a wonderful job assisting me with placing orders, finding what I need, and selecting gifts for family. But the thing that I don't love about the store, is the options are limited. The things you might get from the experience of shopping at Nordstroms is just buying the items that you absolutely need and always wear such as decent cologne selection. Where I buy Yves Saint Laurent cologne. Not happy the types of brands in this particular Nordstrom's are brands you'd see in a basic, boring, and average department store, rather than something you'd like to buy and wouldn't be able to find at another store in the same 10 minute radius. which is why I shop here way less unless necessary, very little reason to go in store and shop here anymore. Would be much better if they updated the mens and women's clothing with some better higher end brands to give the shopping experience more life, even the handbags are the cheapest, sunglasses selection much better. All of the employees are very kind and helpful, great people. I always have to what I want online, that's fine but not great as far as in store shopping experience. I have bought many pairs of jeans, various jackets and clothing from this location but everything that I really love or is special has been delivered from order I placed online while in store, so might as well shop online at that point, which takes away any reason to come into the store. Been shopping here for years, the only thing I would say really needs a improvement is the availability of new and interesting higher end clothing and accessories to keep things interesting, Nordstroms seems to have gotten the impression that this store isn't worthy of stocking with designer brands, new items, and quality options. It's very boring lately. Not many options as far as Men's shoes, there's really noting that you can't find at other stores, so no reason to shop here for Men's shoes, clothes, accessories, jackets, accessories or outerwear or jeans. The women selection is a bit better, with much more to chose from. But for the mens clothing if we're being real about the choices available In store, it's the most basic selection. Lacks flavor, taste, variety, options, or anything worth buying unfortunately, so if interested in shoes and that's something you want to buy, you won't find much here in store.

I have always had a completely wonderful experience in this store. It is the customary fabulous service that I have become used to since I first shopped at my very first Nordstrom store in Woodland Hills, California back in 1986! This is the ONLY store for me, and I am their biggest fan. I would drive any distance to shop at Norstroms because any other store is just not the same. I will always be a Nordie girl.
