Terrible customer service. I know the store is closing, but that is no excuse for treating customers rudely. When I asked for a manager after the cashier wouldn't honor the sales tag price, the manager was nice and OK'd the sales ticket, but the little princess cashier never even spoke to me. At the end of the transaction I thanked her for her help. She never even looked up. Tolerating this behavior will ruin whatever is left of Sears' reputation.

One of the 2 anchor stores in Regency Square. Good selection of all products that a Sears carries. The only bad thing about this store is it's limited shopping hours (usually opens most days at 11:00). Clerks there are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. As of August 2017, this location is permanently closed.
