Came here for an office desk and office chair, since Ive been doing more work from home like many others. I was able to find a good basic desk that was easy to put together. I also found a good chair and paid the extra fee to have them put it together, and they did it timely and professionally. So good experience overall.

I'm a regular visitor / shopper at this location. This is a convenient and well-stoked store. The in-store manager, Mike Sikes, is knowledgeable about the products and services they sell. However, he has terrible customer handling skills.

This is for curbside. I went to pick up a desk. Mind you, i have picked up furniture the same size as this before from ikea They always put it in for me through my trunk and it fits like a glove! I arrive & this boy comes and tells me to help pick it up with him...SEEING I AM NOTICEABLY PREGNANT!!! I told him how am i supposed to help u if i am Pregnant. He says we only have females inside who are really small...yet you have the audacity to ask ME..a 51 pregnant female to PICK UP a heavy item? He ended up putting the item in as i told him from the beginning. But he was SUPER INCONVENIENT and rude! If i get a confirmation that a order is ready to pick up then you need to make sure u have enough people to assist u with putting something big in a car and not ASSUME the person coming is a male or someone who can help you!
