I really like this practice. Dr Paik is so compassionate and made me feel as comfortable as i could be when I got my IUD removal and insertion. They said they would be offering laughing gas at the end of 2023, which would be a game changer for that type of procedure. The nurse held my hand and they were all very comforting when I left. The first time I visited them, they seemed to have forgotten me or something and I waited for 30 mins in the exam room which sucked but I have never experienced a wait since then. Dr. Paik was very apologetic when that happened.

Terrible front office. I previously had an ultrasound here, and apparently there was a balance beyond my insurance coverage. The front office never let me know that there would be a balance, and never once contacted me before referring me to a collections agency. If you want quality healthcare service, go somewhere else! There are many options in the DMV area.

I don't recommend Dr. Winterling. It's tough to get through to front desk I had to call repeatedly to get through during office hours. It is also tough to get the test results, their nurse staff do not proactively reach out about them.
