I've been seeing Dr. Jones for years now, and I am completely done after the experiences I have had there. Every time I make an appointment, I end up waiting for over an hour, which I can tolerate. However, there have been 3 times that I have waited for 2 hours plus, and today was one of them. I left work to come to my SCHEDULED appointment, and had full intentions of going back to work after, but that wasn't an option for me since it took TWO hours to be called back. I would've walked out if it wasn't so hard to even schedule an appointment. After two hours of waiting, I got called back to a room and waited another 30 MINUTES for Dr. Jones to come in. The best part is, I waited for two and a half hours for MAYBE a five minute "conversation" with Dr. Jones. She did what she had to do and got out. I felt extremely rushed. I didn't have any time to even ask her the questions I had. She was literally talking as she was walking out the door. The last visit I had before today, was another two hour wait, and it was regarding a medication switch that I needed. However, I didn't even get to see Dr. Jones about my concerns or questions. The nurse had to tell me that she wasn't going to be seeing me, and that she would talk to Dr. Jones about getting me a new medication and call me to discuss it another time. When I got the call, I didn't have an option of which medication I would be switching to. They just told me this is what Dr. Jones sent to your pharmacy and that's that. Today was my last straw. For a doctor to completely disregard anyone else's life, and what they have to do, or to not even acknowledge and apologize for the wait, it was actually unbelievable. I will not be going back. I'm tired of wasting my days in the waiting room to barely be given the time of day.

I would highly recommend Dr. Jones. She takes the time to listen to what you are saying, is extremely understanding, and easy to talk to. Obviously her being a doctor she is incredibly smart, however, she seems to be more knowledgeable than the average OB as I came to her with a complex issue. I would highly recommend Dr. Jones if you are looking for an Obgyn/Gynecologist. Her nurse and front office staff are also wonderful!

No care. Way too much talking about non-related personal stories she had. 6 hours late. Very kind words but no medical care or substance behind it
