It was difficult to find a company that was open the day after Thanksgiving for a plumbing emergency at my place of business in Portsmouth, VA. However, McDonald Plumbing was accessible, available and out to our location within an hour. The technicians were friendly and professional - and best of all they fixed our problem quickly! Highly recommend McDonald Plumbing!

Though Mr. McDonald is pleasant to speak with there is too much going on with the company for them to even get out to see you. I spoke with him the day before they were supposed to come out & he stated he would call me in the morning to schedule a time in the afternoon. Nothing. Late afternoon I called him, no clue who I was nor the conversation that we had 18 hours earlier. I guess for us, we were lucky that it was on a semi-emergency & that we have more than 1 bathroom. We have used them before with no real issues......but it will make me think twice before I will call them again, and that will NOT be any time soon.
