We were very impressed with the room, amenities and most of all the genuine hospitality of the front desk associate, Kolise. (I hope I am spelling her name correctly) She was so pleasant and accommodating when we checked in, it made an awesome impression on my me and my husband. Please let her know how much we appreciated her.

All accommodations were very nice, small things lacked TLC, etc ,paint on ceiling in shower coming off. The staff in the kitchen was wonderful, Antionette, Trell, Alexis and Pryia were so kind and took great care of our breakfast experience. The food was very good too.

My interactions with the staff at this hotel were positive with the exception of the kitchen manager.
Mrs Lyons, you should keep in mind that you work in hospitality and not to argue with the guests. I made the mistake of taking yogurt before 7am this morning and this obviously upset you. Learn how to deal with guests in a better manner befitting of your position or find a different career. When I left your area and went to the front desk you did not need to follow me and interject yourself into my conversation. I did not expect to experience this level of harassment and do not appreciate it at all.

Love this hotel so much. Staff is always present and helpful. Housekeepers are always on time and amenities are exactly as described. Would stay here long term without complaint. Love love love this place!! Highly recommend it
