Wyndham Garden Hotel Norfolk

So, Experience here was alright. Have to pay 15 just to park here while staying. We were only here bc of our cruise rerouting to Norfolk. Area is, rough. To say the least. Arrived here in the day, had to change our first room because there was an incredibly loud, high pitched noise that was nonstop and constant coming from the other side of the wall, so we changed rooms Immediately. Second room was much better, but the water in both rooms has only 2 options. Hot aF, or Boiling. That's in the sink and the shower. The restaurant was nice, we had zero interest in leaving the building. The Black Tuna Grill has awesome Happy Hour from 4-7, food was good & reasonably priced. The room and building are clean but smell like a tattoo shop. The people at the front desk were pleasant, but this experience was purely a matter of convenience. So take that as you will

Not pleased with this location only 1/3 of a roll of TP in the bathroom, 1 washcloth & 2 towels. Husband had to go down to retrieve more linens. Room is very old & small and reeked of cigarette smoke. Hot water took MANY minutes to arrive & no notice from front desk that this may happen. Workers seemed uncaring & unprofessional. Never stay in this facility again & poor experience gives Wyndham a bad name!

We were only there for 1 night, but it was a great stay! We were on the top floor. Beautiful view of the city!

The pictures are a complete catfish. The property is old. I was afraid to get on the elevator because its so old. Nothing and I mean absolutely nothing is the way its portrayed on the website. The A/C kept us up all night from the noise it was making. Staff could care less. Sheets were dirty and housekeeping had to come and change the bedding again. I had to get my keycards reprogrammed 3 or 4 times. The worse hotel stay ever. Management is rude and really didnt care about making your stay comfortable. I will never stay there again. Because of that stay I wont even stay in any Wyndham establishment EVER!!!
