        Where is the zero stars option? I spent over $12,000 on furniture with the Norfolk store over the course of 2 years. When I went to order a new slipcover, they took my money but couldn't actually make the slipcover, and they refused to refund me! Try to work with a small business and see how they burn you. Ridiculous.
