The roof on my house was approximately 25 years old. We used Colony Roofing to remove and install a new architectural roof manufactured by Owens Corning.
Herb provided samples of the shingles and my wife and I picked a color suggested by Herb. We love the new roof! The color fits beautifully with our red brick rancher.
Herb and his team came on the appointed date and time. Herb stayed on site during most of the day through removal and installation of the new roof. The team worked steadily throughout the day. At the end of the day, the workers removed all of the debris and I have yet to find a nail so it is obvious to me they did a really good job of removing the nails from my yard. My wife and I are very proud of our new roof and we eagerly recommend Herb and Colony Roofing to all of the people we come into contact with. Herb, Thank You and the team for completing our roof! Its beautiful.

Carlos was extremely helpful! We had about 8-10 of shingles that tore and blew off our ridge cap, which allowed rain to leak into our ceiling. I took pictures from the ground of the damage and roof color, and Carlos came two days later, on a Sunday morning, and did the repair. Cost was exactly what he quoted me, repair was done fast and neat, and he cleaned up the damaged shingles from various parts of the roof where they had landed. He also identified a hole on another part of the roof where another ridge shingle had blown off, we didnt even notice that one. Fixed on the spot, no extra $$. Carlos is a great guy and a class act.
