Never made it through scheduling an appointment. My wife works from home. So when agreeing to a time and day, I explained that she might be on a work call and not available. I just couldnt promise. I got switched to another person, and then another. Their people on the phone were so aggressive trying to get both me and my wife available that I cancelled my appointment. I understand they want the opportunity to close a deal, but I made it clear that I was going to get several quotes before deciding on who to hire. I figured if their schedulers were this aggressive, their sales tactics would be worse, and from reading these other reviews thinking I was right. While two other companies asked if my wife could be present, neither insisted nor pressured. Both came, quoted, and sold me the benefits of working with them.

Ive lost 3yrs off my life after working with Paramount Builders who installed new windows on my house. They said they didnt outsource their install, which they do. We were told the job would take two days, not 8 months. The crews they hired had no right to work on anyones property. They tore the windows out, destroyed the moldings inside, left gaps with no insulation, caulked the windows and didnt smooth the caulk out. They messed up so bad, they had to come and put interior molding inside all of the windows to make it look decent. The windows themselves are great. However the product is only as good as the install. RUN at all costs. If you are pending ANY work from them, terminate your contact and do not look back. Or get ready to get a lawyer involved.

I give 5 stars to the salesman Brent. I'd hire him personally, like to work for me. The products seemed and sounded top notch as well. They're just a little expensive. Might be worth it but top of the line is the only option and color choices are pretty limited. However... The salesman is a former math professor and a pretty cool dude. He stayed here for hours on his day off for what I assume will be $0. I'm sure it's calculated in

They use unethical business practices, aggressive sales tactic and are very rude when you tell them no. I had a salesman tell me I wasted his time when I politely declined his products and services. Very over-priced products and services that any skilled contractor can do for much less. The "saving" they claim thry offer are just tax credits and you can get those same credits and pay significantly les for the same quality.

Talked to one of the salespeople about getting new siding. What was supposed to be a quick 15-minute pitch turned into an hour long session. Sales person used aggressive sales tactics and kept trying to show me "proof" he could be trusted by showing me letters from previous customers that praised him. He could not give me a price up front until he made his 45-minute speech about how much I'll save on his company's siding. The savings are not from his company but from your tax rebates and lower energy costs. Therefore, they overcharge their service and product. They use a common high-pressure tactic to try and get you to sign a contract by saying you must do it immediately, or it will cost more later. Any ethical business would give a potential customer a night to sleep on a major financial decision. After I declined, they kept calling me with new lower offers. I told them to stop calling, and they didn't. I got so fed up with them that I used less than professional language and made a few (well deserved) personal insults on their final call. They sell a quality product that is way over priced.

Mr. Barrett, I'm sorry that you felt pressured-as this is not something that we ever want a potential client to experience. We have brought that concern to our sales management for training. Our consultants are required to review all aspects of our company and product with the homeowners so that they know what to expect-This is why we notify you prior to the appointment to set aside at least 1 hour for our team. We apologize that we weren't the right company for you!
