I dealt with Drucker and folk properties for about 2 years. In that time the property manager was Gary owens. After my first night on the property I complain to Gary that having a subwoofer in an apartment complex is something that should be looked into. After bringing him to my apartment to hear how the walls reverberated from the subwoofer, his comment to me was she has to live here too. The next few months I was told to contact the police department every time I had a noise complaint, which I did over 12 times Gary Owens did nothing to help the situation. On another occasion a man was witnessed by myself and a woman walking her dog urinating in the middle of the front lawn. I immediately went over and told the property manager Gary Owens the situation and which apartment the person had gone into. Gary's response was of course if I called the police. I've lived in apartments my entire life and never dealt with a property manager who had no business managing anything including an entire property. It's a true reflection on Drucker and falk that they would allow someone like that to manage their property. I've never dealt with incompetence rudeness and basically lack of knowledge of their job like I did with Gary Owens. Absolutely horrible experience.
