Your worker did not locate my property properly I had to tell him where utilities were he argued with me about their location he didn't hook up to the lines properly to follow them out a second gentleman had to come out to do his job for him because he refused to locate lines on my property I will be filing a complaint with the Virginia state corporation commission... He threatened me personally. He complained to my neighbors that about me. He told my neighbors he was going to call the county on me because he didn't want to locate lines in my yard. WHEN I cut something, it WILL be Utiliquest responsibility and the VSCC will fine Utiliquest for improper markings... I tried to contact office. Your office refuses to call me back. I suggest you get a Senior Supervisor out to my house today immediately!!! It is December 8 2023... I will start digging at 10am this morning....

Its amazing how no cares when theyre required service isnt upheld but when is contractors do something wrong people come flying in and calling from nowhere. Ive had 3 tickets this month go unanswered. Ive missed three days of work and for a small business this is very stressful and disappointing.
