Worked with Derrick and his lack of communication was beyond upsetting! From the very beginning, valuable time was lost. We were lied to on numerous of occasions. My Husband and I are still a bit confused as to why we were told we needed 2 appraisels. ( and of course the 2nd appraisal came in less than the 1st.) We would most definitely not recommend integrity mortgage located in Richmond Va to anyone.
