        The folks at OMF truly have your financial interest at heart. Their transparency and honestly is much appreciated. They let me run through all of my options to consider what would be best for me and my budget and handle my calls with patience and empathy. I would strongly recommend this financial institution and will probably later refinance my auto loan on over to them!

        Process took a while and the fact I had to leave and go find a bathroom was beyond crazy. Didnt think that was good customer service at all. I understand we are still in the mix of Covid, but if you are accepting clients in office and sitting in the room with them , then you are taking a chance anyways you would think. I am pregnant and had to leave and find somewhere that would let me use the bathroom. Your number 1 concern should be making the experience super fast, friendly and making sure we was comfortable, especially since we are the paying clients.
