As for the PTs, I had the pleasure of working with Adam Schneider. Thanks to his dynamic and robust exercise plan, we witnessed substantial progress month to month. When I started, I could barely walk and could only extend a single plate using my quad on the pulley machine. By the time I left, I was hopping on my injured leg, jogging, and pushing 15 plates on the same machine. All of the staff members are pleasant and professional, and the results spoke for themselves.
