I had terrible shoulder impingement that previous physical therapy couldnt solve. I was ready to get surgery and they referred me to Redemption. I was skeptical that anything could be done. Ryan took the time to understand my injury, goals, and needs and set me up with a sport-specific program. The 1:1 attention and program not only solved my issue, but my shoulder has never felt stronger. Ryan also took the time to incorporate other exercises to prevent chronic injuries Ive had. This has honestly been life changing. I was miserable when I couldnt recover from my injury the first time and now I feel like I have the power to stay strong and healthy with a very simple maintenance program. I couldnt be happier!

Ryan is one of the most knowledgeable PTs Ive ever met and worked with. His background as a division 1 college athlete makes him unique as well. I attribute a lot of my success over the last few seasons to Ryans programming.

We have been so excited with the improvement in our son's strengthening and performance as a baseball player since we started sessions with Ryan! His speed and flexibility has increased along with helping him gain 10 lbs of muscles. Our son really appreciates how Ryan listens, shows interest, takes his time and understands him. We look forward to having Ryan build a program for basketball as well. We are so lucky to have met him and we continue to pray for his success. We highly recommend Ryan and his services.

Over the last two years that I have been working with Ryan he has had considerable impact on my development as both a player and a person. The strength aspect of his practice is equivalent to any college level lifting program, and the attention to detail considerably exceeds any strength program or trainer that I have utilized. The attention to detail extends to the physical therapy side as well. Having considerable physical therapy experience enhances his ability to adapt to athletes returning from injury. When I was returning from UCL reconstruction, he carefully designed my program to suit my physical limitations without sacrificing any opportunity to build strength. The environment he has created in his space has been amazing to foster the development of athletes of all ages. The programs are individualized perfectly for those learning how to lift for the first time, all the way to those preparing to train or who are currently training at a college or professional level. Aside from the performance development side, the environment that he has created through his personality encourages athletes to be supportive and positive, while still developing toughness. I would not be the person or the athlete that I am today without Ryan.
