Came in to open an temporary account but they were so worried about their individual bonuses being affected if I close the account before 6 months that they said their system was down. Like seriously???

Customer service was nice however not one phone we were interested in was in so had to do online upgrade to find after order was placed those phones weren't available either

I bought an 800.00 dollar phone it took all day to get set up they gave me a free towel no phone charger just the little black cord to be forced to buy a car charger or wall charger this is not right people were nice polite helpful but no charger 800.00 dollars ridiculous 😒
