Customer service is bad now and no where close to what it used to be. Front desk lady explains nonsense which would end up paying fees for services that you haven’t asked for. They also started adding services in addition to what you exactly need. So make sure you ask for clarification before you get the service.
Not sure if the business got hit hard by the pandemic and they’re doing this to recover!!!

So I called to book based off on reviews.
My information is taken only to get there and find out whoever I spoke with did not schedule an appointment for me. Worst case the front desk lady sits reluctantly and is not even apologetic about the situation.
Terrible customer service experience !!!!

If your looking for a implant Oak Tree Dental is the place! Dr.Vaddi did a amazing job with my font teeth from my stitches, implant & now my crown! I just can’t believe how the color & shape looks so natural. Dr.Vaddi is professional, gentle, kind & best of all no pain at all! Thank you so much for everything! I can finally smile & not cover my mouth when I do! Thanks Dr.Vaddi!
