I had a great deep cleaning appointment with Dr. Esam today. Periodontal scaling can be scary and the doctor and assistant handled my appointment with care. They made what can be a very painful appointment, an extremely easy, painless and quick procedure. Im looking forward to setting up routine regular cleaning appointments in the future.

I have been in this office since 2019. They are the best. Dr. Nahllah is the best professional I have seen. Today, I have a beautiful smile because of him. My veneers are perfect! I highly recommend them!

At first I was pleasantly surprised that an introductory appt was easy to make and free of charge. When booking, I was told that a cone beam x-ray would included in the appointment and also free. No mention of any other charges. When I came in for my appointment and started filling out the paperwork I saw that there was a form asking me to sign and agree to pay OVER $300 (something random like $313) if I ever wanted a physical copy of my cone beam x-ray results. Out of pocket. I confirmed with the office manager that this was not a mistake. It was not a mistake. They said they could not email copies of the x-ray images but that they could put them on a flash drive but only after payment. The state dental board has a cap on the amount dentists can charge for medical record copies. (Exact numbers are searchable but I believe the max was around $10). Asking for a signed form appears to be a way to side step that boundary and unfortunately.
