Rose Lawn Funeral Home

My parents were sent mail from Roselawn to their Fieldale address. They moved to Martinsville four years ago. I called to give them the correct address. The man who took the call was not professional at all. They had my mother's name wrong as well. He asked for my phone number, which I gave. He questioned as to why I was calling, which I explained. I gave him the current address and current phone number. He told me I'd already give him the number. I advised him, I gave him the number I was at, not their number. He did not apolige or try to be cordial.

Our family was thoroughly impressed with the compassion, professionalism, and common sense approach exhibited by Ralph, Gabrielle, Hannah, and other staff at Roselawn. We felt at ease and confident that Ralph was helping us develop a service for our mother that would honor her and not spend money on items that would not add value or be meaningful. Comparing all of our past funeral home experiences, the service we received from Roselawn surpassed them all. We highly recommend the services of the "new" management of Roselawn Chapel and Funeral Home of Martinsville.

Backhoe arrived before the ceremony was concluded. The which broke and dropped the casket, while all guest were still on site. This place is truly a wreck.

A very professional funeral home! It and it's burial park have been there a very long time! I have several family members at rest there and have spaces for others!!! It is very well kept!
