From the beginning Chris Davis along with Scott Norman and the rest of the sales team did a phenomenal job. Not only did they work with me over the phone and work with my schedule. They were extremely prompt in getting the necessary information to me over the phone seeing that I was coming from out of town. Not one question went unanswered and Scott actually offered some great incite on the some of the lessor know features of the vehicle I purchased. Chris ensured that all potential hiccups in the buying process were taken care of ASAP so that I could walk out of there today with my new Bronco. I am extremely pleased with how the buying process played out. If you want a top notch buying process come see the gentlemen at Nelson Ford. You will not be disappointed. Such a smooth process. Once again thank you guys!!!!!
