Nelson Ford has courteous and knowledgeable sales people who know and understand the vehicles they sell. This is my second Ford purchased at Nelson, and the trade in offers have been fair. The service department takes excellent care of your vehicle. I've recently used Nelson Collision Center: their technicians are informed and quite competent. My newly repaired car drives like new. At one point I rented a car from them, and they were very accomodating. Throughout the experience Nelson Ford took excellent care of me. I highly recommend them to you - without reservation!
