Danny Jefferies was our salesman & he made this the BEST car buying experience we’ve EVER had. He was knowledgeable, friendly, & supportive. Lamar at the Toyota dealership hooked us up with Danny & we could not be more grateful. We purchased a spectacular 2021 Honda Accord & our next vehicle will definitely include Danny Jefferies!!!!!

First off the salesman was awesome and very professional. He made buying the vehicle easy and ALMOST worry free. The staff are nice and easy to work with. I am giving the dealership 3 stars for a couple of reasons relating to the vehicle we bought. We bought a 2015 Honda CR-V. Before we test drive the vehicle the driver side rear tire was flat. Before the test drive they put air and everything seemed fine. The vehicle drove fine and we were happy with it. Two days after buying the vehicle the air pressure light came back on (More on this in a few). On my way home I noticed the headlights seemed dim, I pulled over and one of the bulbs were out. I got home and tested the other lights and the fog lights were out. I replaced the low beam bulbs the same day I bought the car, sad really when you think about it. I called the service department and setup an appointment. I took the vehicle and they replaced the fog lights. I also told them the car was idling bad and they found bad CV mounts. They are ordering new mounts and hopefully that will fix the bad idling problem. They plugged the rear tire that was flat before we test drive the car, unfortunately we have two different sets of tires on the car. Both sets are basic cheap tires. The brakes make a grinding/ rubbing noise which I know isn't normal and I can beat the spark plugs are bad as well. I plan on pulling them out tomorrow to look at them. Double check these things before buying a used car from here, I Know it's used but I buy a car that would fail an inspection and I drove it off the lot this way. You buy a car hoping you don't have issues the day you drive it home but for me that wasn't the case.

Would t even give them 1 star!! Absolutely disgusted!! Don’t purchase anything without taking it to a mechanic. Was told that due to them dropping the price they would not fix anything that was wrong with it. Got a loan through my bank got down the road to home and the rear ball bearings were bad, haven’t had the car 3 weeks and already had to get an oil change, the clip on the air filter is broken and the battery has to replaced. Asked them to fix the car and was told it had been through their mechanics and everything was gone through with no problems at all and that their mechanics are paid to do that. So with that being said an additional 1000.00 out of my pocket I had to pay to get the car fixed!!! Ridiculous!! I will never do business with them ever again!!
