Called n February to initiate service, March 1st service tech came out only to find cable burial had not been done. March 15th burial finally done. March 16th tech was supposed to come out and connect service. lied and said no one home and the when confronted said cable burial was not done. Cable burial was done. Finally connected service on March 19. March 20 received a bill for 232 dollars, called and was told that they couldn't help me. Xfinity is a rip off artist. Promised me i would not be charged for time not connected. They are liars!! Do not use as if you have options!!!!!

This outfit is a disgrace to the cable television industry. I'm surprised they are even allowed to conduct business. The panels on my television reception have been freezing for weeks and after placing a trouble call today, they tell me they are aware of the problem, and I was never notified. After threating them with a negative review they offered me a credit of a measly amount of 15 dollars - after dealing with this problem for weeks. I've also had problems with sound delay where the sound is not in sync with the people speaking on TV and they gave me some lame excuse that my TV is the problem. Not so!  Prospective customers stay clear of COX if you have any business sense!

My experience with Xfinity has been so polished and smooth compared with other ISPs that I have to give credit where credits due!

Due to not working my internet I called there, they helped me in a great way and thanks to the customer service agent named kris/ Kristen for his help.
