I just tested today, and every other review here is spot on--this testing center is terrible. I've never been to jail, but I think that's where one of the staff was trained. Be prepared for rude, brusque treatment. (And if you need a sip of water, you have to go into the bathroom to drink!) Highly recommend that you avoid this center at all costs.

Do not use this testing site in Lynchburg, schedule at home if possible, go to Roanoke or Richmond if possible.  You can count on having an unpleasant experience and the personnel haven't changed their behavior and continue to exercise their authority at will.   It is impossible to contact the franchise owner and report the inexcusable behavior of personnel at this site that has been occurring for years!   It is my hope and prayer that anyone reading this follows my recommendations.

Please do not use the Lynchburg Prometric site to perform your testing. A family member used this site for testing and the experience was very poor. The personnel are rude and unprofessional and exhibit behavior in no way reflecting the ethical standards of the Prometric company as described on their website. I attempted to contact the franchise owner to complain because it is evident from the reviews over 4 years that the company nor the franchise owner care about the services offered at this site. The accommodations at the site are poor, no areas to comfortably take a break during testing, the staff are rude and unprofessional, using their authority to threaten and demean the test taker, reporting the test taker for violations like looking at their phones during a break to determine what time they had to go to the bathroom, which was occupied during the 10 minutes allotted for the break. There is no clock within the location to determine when you needed to return to the testing room. It is frustrating that this franchise and certain personnel continue to operate despite the complaints and reviews. If the franchise owner does read this, as I can not find nor receive their contact information from the location, please address your staffs actions, at least questioning why the reviews for this site are consistently poor.
