Their receptionist answers and is knowledgeable and professional but Emily R. who is in charge of Housing never answers or returns calls; which is very unfortunate for those in distress and quite unprofessional.

Very polite and no discrimination. Everytime I see my son there it is quite peaceful and fun!!

This program is not any help the staff gets to be disrespectful but when house mates voice their opinion we get laughed at or kicked out you are not a safe place from any abuser if you force all of us to be out the shelter you dont have proper resources to actually help anyone maybe a temporarily roof over your head and a shower have a community pantry and staff tells woman that they cant get nothing and its not their problem. There is mold mildew and ceiling caving in. Not truly safe as they claim.
