The young lady I dealt with was very helpful and stayed until after closing time in helping me deal with Verizon Tech Support, eventually replacing the SIM on my phone.

I went in this Franklin Farms store to buy an iPhone 7 Plus. Yaseen helped me with my purchase and changing my plan and he was very nice and patient, and knowledgeable. I also spoke to Chris and Kabir in this store and they were very nice too! All three of these young men made the experience pleasant and I will go back to this store and tell my family to go there too. Our experience at the Reston Verizon was not good! Very rude manager there. The Franklin Farms store is the opposite, they are GREAT!
