They be lie.
Supposed to call someone either way to tell someone if they have a job or not.
Something happened over 30 years ago shouldn't count
Thought someone is given a second chance but I guess not with this company.
Won't be working for them anymore v

I work for this company when the covid 19 hit they decided Certain office staff Could work from home the nurses That make home visits once every 30 to 60 days could do telephone visits but as us nurses that have to actually go out and sit in the home every day all day with the client still had to do our work. When everything shut down I no longer had daycare I filed for my unemployment due to covid 19 and no childcare due to covid 19 they denied my unemployment. Before I would put a family member through their company I will think about how they treat their employees. If they can't help there employees in a national crisis an employee who makes $8 an hour and worked so much for them I made $50 thousand this year how do you think they are going to treat your family members ? All they see when they look at your family member is dollar signs. This company cares about no one or nothing but there bank account.

Inconsistent. Aides sometimes don't show and their office knows and still do not contact patient or family. Just happened again. Some aides are very poorly trained and do minimal to nothing. If you finally get someone that stays at the company for more than a couple weeks they just float them around. When patients and aides finally get things into a system, they change the aide. There are so many other grievances with this company. Terrible.
Just filed a complaint with the office. The aide was on the couch asleep with a jacket over the head, and apparently been that way for two hours prior to me coming in. Naturally this didn’t warrant having the aide leave but a call telling her “we don’t do that.” This aide is new to my relative today because yesterday’s didn’t call (until the evening) or show up, and wasn’t there the day before either. I’m notifying the state this time because they’re defrauding the govt and only going to let this happen to the next client.
