Wes and Mariah are some of the kindest people in town. They not only helped me when I had no idea what I was doing or even looking for, but they remembered me a year later! They knew what I needed at the time, even when I did not. Yes, they run a business but it's more like raiding a friends' closet (if the closet contained home medical items). It's the feeling of asking a friend for a favor rather than a business transaction. It's having a conversation rather than a stiff, stilted, awkward dialogue. It's feeling like yours is the only family in the world, what with the level of care they exude. Wes personally delivered a lift chair the SAME DAY as the purchase, and Mariah was able to recognize my voice VIA PHONE CALL. I truly cannot recommend them enough- medical items and as people!

I purchased a stair lift from VIP Scooters and am extremely pleased. The unit is great, was less expensive than an alternative supplier, and looks good too. The owner Wes installed the stair lift quickly and with no mess. He is professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I thoroughly recommend VIP Scooters based on my positive experience.

Excellent service from the purchase to the delivery on Christmas Eve. Absolutely would recommend to anyone especially if you need a lift chair.

I called Wes at VIP Scooters in Virginia, all the way from Las Vegas to help with my elderly grandparents in Florida. Not only was Wes informative but he took time to help me understand the lift chair industry to make sure I was getting exactly what I needed. Even after I found out the chair I was looking into was discontinued and may not be able to purchase, Wes said I could call him back just to discuss any future purchase options, even with another company so that I know exactly what I am getting, no obligation to buy from him. It's rare for someone to be so selfless in today's world. I highly recommend VIP Scooters for your future purchases as you are dealing with someone that truly cares that you are getting the product you need/want versus a big company just moving furniture out of their warehouse.
