        I scheduled appt weeks ago only to show up the day of and see the office close. I was advised the office was aware days before they would be close and the did not notify my. I tried to reschedule and was told an available date (may 4th), I shared concerns over the lack of communication after waiting almost a mth before the 1st failed appt and then the receptionist advised the May 4th date was no longer available. As a new patient this was not an ideal experience.

        My experience was excellent. The staff were courteous and knowledgeable. The doctor was quick and efficient. He saw my issue right away and dealt with it quickly. He took care of my needs and made me feel great. I was in a time crunch and he took up only 30 minutes of my time.

        Today was my first visit. Front desk, Avis (assistant), and Amy (hygienist) were INFORMATIVE & WONDERFUL! Dr Michael Hutchings is AMAZING! I didn't even fill the extraction. I will definitely go back and recommend to others!

      I am sorry you had a less than fabulous dental experience. I believe you have the wrong dental practice, there are a few in our area with a similar name to ours and I do not have you in our system. The last time we were closed from our routine schedule was New Years Day. I hope your next dental visit will be much better wherever you are going.
