Dr. Watts Family Dentistry

I havent been to them since before co-vid and my husband longer than that and they decided 4 + years later the morons decided to send me a bill for $30 and my husband a bill for $177! We paid ALL of our bills BEFORE walking out of the office every single time. Over 4 years and no contact - no bills - no phone calls regarding a balance and suddenly they want $200 from us! Umm NO! Get over yourselves. DO NOT USE THIS OFFICE - they will try to scam you out of money that you do not owe.

Dr. WATTS OFFICES CALL ME AND WANT MY SON TO COME IN AT 6PM INSTEAD OF 7PM ,I CANCEL DRIVING LESSONS AND DRUM LESSONS THAT EVENING AND MY WIFE AND SON ARRIVED AT THE OFFICE BEFORE 6PM AND MY SON WAS NOT SEEN UNTIL AFTER 7PM.I HAVE TO PAY TO RESCHEDULE DRIVING LESSONS AND MISS THE CLASS OF DRUM LESSONS. THIS IS BAD BUSINESS COMING FROM A MEDICAL PRACTICE.

Worst dentist Ive ever had to deal with. Did X-rays for Invisalign to get a quote using insurance other than the Va because the Va does not pay for that which is also ridiculous. Never heard a word back. Was told on two different occasions that I would need to get a bite guard for my teeth and guess what.. Never heard back. Whenever I call and say hey I never received a call back to follow up for my bite guard I get this answer well the Va has a process. How many time do I have to tell them that I have dental insurance other than the VA. If you arent a patient that had been dealing with them for sometime now I suggest find a different one. They have a 2.8 rating for a reason.

Canceling my appointment because you couldnt verify if Im still coming is CRAZY to me because I just spoke with a young man about my appointment two weeks ago!!!!! Ive waited all year for this damn appointment just to be told it was canceled!!! I purposely scheduled because Im off work for the holidays because I cant take off now if I have to reschedule Id have to take off risking losing my job!!! THANKS A LOT!!!

Dont come here. They will run through your dental benefits and toss you to the side . I just filed a complaint on them and I booked an appointment with an attorney. They are very unethical and i cant get into specifics but just dont do it.They will have you come back 10 times for the same thing to get more money instead of just knocking it out in one shot . The dentist dont even stay there that long . Look at their ratings
