        I have been a customer for since they became Cap One. Cap One is a credit card company, which mistakenly thinks of itself as being a bank. They are not a dependable banking institution and proved to be a total disappointment during the COVID crisis.

        Was customer of Chevy Chase Bank/Capital One Bank for over 30 years. They changed my account without telling me. I went to the bank to ask questions and was told all the information was online, that they had no material at the bank. Since they told me to get the information online, I decided to switch to an online bank, Ally. Best decision I ever made. Much better tools. Much better service.
