Leo and his team were recommended to me by my niece who just completed her own renovation with him. Boy am I lucky she did. Leo renovated my new-to-me, all original 1980's condo in The Bluffs. I can't believe it is the same place! We ran into a lot of hidden problems that only a 40 year old entirely untouched property can present, but Leo handled them perfectly. We had some supply chain delays due to COVID, but Leo himself worked extremely efficiently. The quality of workmanship could not be surpassed, and his team could not be more responsive. His entire team was neat, polite, and skilled. I felt very safe having them all in my home. They all seem more like family now and honestly, I will miss having them around. Service: Remodelling

When you hire Leo Lantz Construction you not only get a man who is professional and an expert in his field, you also get his staff of people who I refer to as the A-team. They are all professional, polite, communicate well and respond to questions and concerns quickly. My home was built in the 1940's and the kitchen had not been updated. Leo guided me through the process and advised me as I selected materials for the kitchen. As with any old home, adjustments had to be made along the way. Leo always knew what to do and handled every challenge with expertise. He is detail oriented and makes sure things are done right. The end result is a beautiful new kitchen. I contacted Lantz Construction about an electrical issue on a holiday weekend. Mr. Lantz responded in a timely and professional manor. He addressed our concerns and the issue was resolved. Lantz Construction went above and beyond the call of duty. I will recommend them to my friends and family.

I have worked with Leo Lantz on a professional level and have appreciated the quality of work he provides for his customers. Now that I actually became one of his customers I have even more respect and appreciation for his work. My home had issues of soot from a previous house fire that I never knew about when I bought it and over the years due to poor clean up and treatment after that fire, I had shadows appearing on every ceiling and wall in my house. I had tried washing, scrubbing and even paint over the shadows but they just got worse. The tape used on the sheetrock to repair and cover up sky lights and typical seams throughout the house, were cracking and coming off, leaving my home looking like it was falling apart. Leo's contractor for drywall repair, Regi with Virginia Contactor Painting, was amazing. His work was fabulous and he made sure the work was perfect before finishing up. My house now looks like its brand new on the inside and I am confident that I will never have this issue again. Proper treatment of all walls and ceilings were done and the paint job was top notch.
