They failed to let me know that they didnt take my insurance when I showed them my insurance card, yes I couldve looked it up beforehand but I wouldve figured theyd let you know before sending an almost $300 medical bill in the mail. The staff was nice but the medical professional was so so. Would not go here again if youre in the area I would go to the one by Martins the doctor there is so sweet! Also check your insurance before going anywhere Ive learned from my mistake.

Most of the staff is wonderful- however I have had horrible experiences here too. Its good to be nice to the people who are helping you- and the help has to also be nice.

Worthless place! Horrible in every sense of the word! They don't care about you in any way whatsoever and whoever is in charge needs to look at they're rating on here 2.6 is disgusting and so is everything about that urgent care! They're rude and extremely uneducated for what they do and that includes everyone there! And I like how they treat everyone that comes in with any kind of pain like they're a junkie looking for a fix and by the way make sure if your employees are gonna joke and run they're mouth about somebody make sure that they at least have enough sense to walk away from the patients door!! Came in with my hands so swollen I couldn't even make a fist and all they did was poke me 16 times trying to get blood that they never got by the way and that's not a exaggeration and sent me home with muscle rub! Not to mention you can't ever see a real doctor they just throw nurse practitioners at you like they're doctors! So if you want to waste your time and money go ahead and stop by this God awful place you'll definitely be disappointed!!!!!!!

Front staff was wonderful and there was barely a wait time. The PA I received, Allison Young-Smith was truly rude though. Spoke down to me the entire time, and acted like I was wasting her time. I have never been talked to by a medical professional like that, so disrespectful. Would not recommend her if you have a choice.
