Valley Health Urgent Care Express | Front Royal

This place was quite pathetic towards me I had a physical and the girl who was my nurse we didnt get along in high school well she kept give me discouraging comments told me something was off about me then got the director of the place to walk in and tell me theres something off about me because I was yawning no I was profiled and judged and treated very poorly I swear I need to talk to a lawyer about how they did that to me and the physical was for a job that they have now ruined smh I have my own house and a puppy just let my other job go now Im in a very terrible position thanks to that girl it was a very bad experience all because I was tired my puppy was sick the night before and I got Maby two hours of sleep. What do you do now I think telling me I was yawning and tired wasnt a valid reason to do that to me.. Id never jeopardize someones livelihood and do that to them.. karma comes around full circle thoughgive it to god

Clean, well-maintained, and easily accessible. I visited the location at 415A South St., Front Royal, Virginia, because it's closest to my home. I'm glad I did. The staff were professional and courteous, and I would like to particularly thank Bridget M. Hickson, NP, for giving me her undivided attention as I presented my symptoms, and answered all my questions confidently and thoroughly which made me feel comfortable and reassured. Nothing felt rushed, and I always felt I was given the respect a patient deserves. This is the kind of care and customer service that I've been looking for.

Excellent care! The staff was very helpful and kind. If you need quick care on a tight schedule, I would definitely recommend this facility.

I cant say enough good things about my visit. They were efficient and kind. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. Will definitely use again for an urgent care appt.
