        Wont be renting off this place as long as Leslie is there and the store manager took up for Leslie being rude to me so thats another reason why I said heck with it and gave stuff back and will not work with u at all Leslie said I was one payment late just one payment that he was comming to get his stuff back thought it was rent a centers stuff didnt know Leslie owned the property

        Got a system that Im currently paying for and the controller went bad. So I called the store & Talked to the manager.John he was really nice & he told me to come out and get a replacement so I drive all the way down to the store and John had left and Chelsea has an attitude saying they dont replace controllers that I needed to go buy a brand new one when the system is covered under full warranty Plus the benefits plus I been paying for. Just getting sick and tired of her attitude towards customers Especially when its covered under the warranty & the Benefits plus And I was told before hand by John to drive down to get a new one & that it was going be replaced. Been a customer here for years and to be treated & talked to like that Is unprofessional & uncalled for.
