I am unhappy with what I am currently payong for which is a sleeper sofa. It was delivered broken and could only be utilized as a sofa and not a bed . Which was the major reason I decided to buy it was because I needed a place to sleep at night as well as a place for company to sit, chill, and watch tv. I just feel like anything over $600 should be built to last. And they are trying to have me pay more than $600 for a piece of furniture that doesn't meet my needs. $600 is a lot of money to me and I don't like wasting money on things that are not beneficial to my life or are going to enhance my life in some shape or fashion. They even showed up to my door to.collect my payment instead of waiting one day. So if you are reading this and work in a furniture store or know where I can find a sofa sleeper for a low price because I've wasted so much money I don't have much left in my savings to actually purchase what I need. I was also led to believe that I would be given a discounted price due to the couch being broken upon delivery that was never applied or given as promised. That's when I decided wasting money is better than paying them one more cent for a product that was poor quality and priced ridiculously high.

We rented a refrigerator from this Rent-a-Center for a day when our refrigerator went out. We were so impressed with their service! Now, we keep getting marketing calls from "Michael". I have called and asked to be removed from the calling list (twice now), but we still receive the calls. So annoying! I have blocked the number, but they still leave voicemail messages.
