Was sold a new iPhone 13 pro max, was told Id get an $800 dollar credit for it and my bill would only increase $10, my next bill cycle my bill increased $80, and when I called T-Mobile, they told me that promotion was only for new lines, not what I was told when I signed up, and signed up for a protection plan I was never even offered for another $40 on my bill, and to correct the stores mistakes, I had to add another line for $20 to my bill, and a $30 fee, so Im paying more then agreed, and its kinda hard to back out because Ive already given up my phone

Avoid going to the T-Mobile store at the mall. The customer service is very poor. All their staff need to be trained. They are rude and dont know what they are doing. Not friendly at all. They lie and youll end up paying more than you need to. I had a terrible experience. The manager Julian is the worse manager Ive ever encountered in my life. His customer service is very very poor. No wonder all the other staff dont care about the customers, they dont have a good example to follow. Very unsatisfied with the service I received.
