        I went into day to switch sim cards in my phones. I was created upon entering. There was one employee, Donavin, who was helping a customer. He was very pleasant and explained he'd help me asap. He was very helpful when he was helping me. He told me about a specific Samsung program that applied to me. He wasn't pushy in any way but made sure I knew everything that could help me. I will definitely go back again.

        Very rude employees. Went in and was basically just laughed at, after it took forever to get the attention of an employee. Explained the situation & the employee just laughed and shook his head after explaining that ATT told me to bring the phone to a store. He didn't double-check with a manager, no apology.. nothing. This is the 2nd time I've been here and had a bad experience.
