        Best customer service I have received from Budget after a fiasco with my mini-lease (picked up from DCA). Maggie is phenomenal with customer service, listened to all my issues and concerns, and resolved the issues immediately. If I could only switch my pickup/drop-off location to this location purely for Maggie's customer service, I would!

        Maggie was SUPERB! That lady deserves to be recognized by her employer! She was by herself at the counter and with a very short staff on the back of the house! Always smiling, courteous, and helpful!
