        Food was never delivered to me, it is impossible to reach the Fair Oaks Mall location because the store does not have a working phone for customer service. I am beyond upset and expect a refund for the incomplete order. Someone should really pay the phone bill

        Ive cream is as expected but cleanliness of the store takes off at least a star. The spoons they give you are so flimsy that its very hard to eat the ice cream. With a $6 ice cream, Id appreciate the 5 cent spoon instead of the 2 cent one!
