        Disappointed the way my order was prepared. The ice cream and mix-ins were not nestled inside, nor chopped and folded into the ice cream mixture. The lady just scooped everything and placed it in a cup. Either shes in a rush or not trained well.

        I took a picture of what I wanted from Coldstone website & sent it to my husband.It was a chocolate dipped waffle bowl.He then showed the worker what I wanted.They told him they do not do that there & gave him plain waffle cone!Absolutley ridiculous!Why have it on your website if your store does not make it?!We will not be back!Also my husband ordered the honey pecan brownie icecream & was given a plain vanilla looking icecream!No pecans no trace of brownie or honey!Refer to photos.
