Updated review: There was a sewage smell in my home on and off; someone came out and after @30min of looking around, I was quoted @$2,000 of work because it was "definitely" cracked pipes under the home. They were going to jackhammer my basement, remove hvac stuff, the whole 9-yards... So just to be safe, I had another local company come in 5 days later... within 5min he found a dry trap (picture of missed trap below). It cost me almost nothing and he fixed it with a cup of water. They were on time, friendly, and did a lot of looking around, but this miss almost cost me big.

Nick Tama was professional and got the job done quickly! We lost power to 4 outlets in one room and he had the problem fixed in 20 minutes, very happy with his service! The only reason I did not give 5 stars was we had an appointment scheduled for a Friday and they contacted me at 5pm the day of to tell me they couldn’t make it today because all the techs were busy, then didn’t have another appointment for 6 days. I am completely happy with my experience. From my first contact with the company, Christy was delightful. When I need them again my “bright side of needing a plumber” was at least I can talk to Christy again. Jason was professional and pleasant. This company is now “my plumbing” go to.
