Had a back flow issue on my water which was only noticable when the washer drained. Had a technician come out "fix" it by rooting the drain behind the washer; left saying it was fixed. Literally same day, within hours I see the problem persist. He comes out again (to his credit he didn't charge me for the second appointment) and says it's an air vent issue and will need another tech to help coming to around ~1000+ dollars not including the initial 400 dollars. Notably, I told this technician that I had water bubbling up and smelling like sulfur in other parts of the home. Despite this he assured me that if my main line was blocked, all water sources would cause back flow. He didn't even try to snake or find the main line. Called another local plumber out and he found that my septic tank pump was not working and that it was backed up like crazy. Do not call these people for more than a clogged drain.

When I say poor communication it's just that called yesterday in morning was told would get a call back waited all day husband calls back in the evening to find out why know call back only to be told they had know tech on call but there website says 24hrs guessing they meant answering service.

I could not be happier. Communication was outstanding, they gave me a fast, reasonable estimate, and were able to come by and make the repair the next day (I spoke with them the evening prior). Brooks was knowledgeable and efficient, getting the job done for less than my initial estimate. They will be the first call I make for any future plumbing emergencies.
