    My radiator decided to spill it's fluid on the ground on a Sunday evening. Not sure what exactly happened I used the online chat bot to setup a time the next morning to get my car scheduled to be fixed. The chat bot finally gave me a tentative time and said I would hear from someone. I never did so I tried calling but could never get through. I then filled the radiator up with fluid, lots most of the fluid when I poured it in through the seems, so that I could drive it the half mile to Shelor and went to the express lane not really knowing where to go. They said I needed to go to the service department but after I told them my story they looked to see if I had an appointment. I did not. They continued to call the service department and after a little while was able to get me in touch with Charles ( a Service department manager) and I explained what happened and he said I could leave it and that they were so busy that it may take up to 3 weeks to get repaired. I told them I needed a vehicle because I have to work and pickup my son and so on. Anyways I brought over to Casey and he got my car checked in and then a shuttle service back home. Within a couple of hours Casey called me and said they could squeeze my vehicle in and it should be ready by tomorrow. Casey then called me back 30 minutes before they close and said it was ready. Unfortunately I was not. So Casey setup to have a shuttle pick me up in the morning so that I could get my car. I was expecting a very high price tag for the work. To my surprise it was not. They did not charge me the $105 diagnostic fee they said they would charge and the price was $3-400 less than expected. Everyone, from when I first walked in to get help to the time I was back in my fixed vehicle, went above and beyond to help me out. By far the best experience I have ever had a dealership service department.
