        I've always had a great experience with Drive Away up until this morning. I was not aware of certain policies when it comes to getting Air conditioner fixed. When calling and talking to Katie I then talked to Mark to get some clarification, who we know has worked there for quite sometime. I was met with an attitude and blatant disrespect! If able to figure out new options my Subaru will be sitting for them in the parking lot.
