      image Don't expect to get your device serviced because you have an appointment, as appointments DO NOT mean anything, and service is first come first serve. Also, confirm that they actually have the parts on hand to fix your device, as they did not even have the part when I arrived for my service at my appointment time.
      Two wasted trips from Suffolk, VA to this location since this was where Asurion told me they had the part in stock. Customer beware.
